Yes, I like him. He is by no means as big a player in the global picture as he pretends, but in European terms makes a lot of very good sense.
Yes I'd go for that. The ten year horizon seems a little long. Maybe five years (I don't have all that time to spare) would be better. It would be an interesting counterbalance to the Eurosceptic chumps in the Tory party. To be truly a Eurocitizen to me would be a pleasure.
