What happened to “day in court”, “justice for the other victims”.
Cynique, moi?

And doesn’t that just speak volumes! An absolute disgrace!
I really did think she was principled and wanted justice for all the right reasons and wasn’t simply money grabbing, but now my opinion has unfortunately changed rather dramatically. All I can say now is simply that she has been well and truly proven to be a ‘gold digger’ and from me at least, get absolutely 0 sympathy. Makes my blood boil!
Maybe an extreme feeling, but if she had any notion of wanting justice, and not simply to grab a few more $$$, she wouldn’t have agreed to an out of court settlement. Disgraceful parasite!
An interesting outcome after after trial by media.
windsor gets off again this time by paying it says an awful lot about him and his ilk.
As for her as a gold digger I think not ,she may have had an offer she couldn’t refuse.
I said at the beginning It was never about getting into court, she had accepted big settlements from the other two and he was the next high profile on her list, she will now go after the rest on the list now.
‘she may have had an offer she couldn’t refuse’
but that speaks volumes about her character doesn’t it - what sort of principles does the woman have??? I think the answer is 0. What a way to gain wealth
not at all , if windsor was innocent why did he pay up?
So…how much does that work out to per .instance, for her?
Was always clear this was about the money.
To make the problem go away.
Whether he, personally, broke any laws remains up for debate - though whichever way you look at it his “relationship” with both Giuffre and Epstein was a serious failure of judgement and morals on his part.
we may never know, but regardless of that, if she was truly principled she wouldn’t have taken the money and run, and would have made the honourable decision to seek justice!
prior to this news, I had the greatest admiration for the woman looking to seek justice, but now, I’m afraid she’s hit rock bottom in my estimations, and certainly not the ‘innocent angel’.
It’s likely she was never innocent angel nor evil money grubber, but rather broken and confused.
I agree in principal but in practice it would be a dreadful experience, I doubt I’d have the courage and stamina to go through it. Who knows who else she would have been up against and I don’t think one can expect her to embark on a kamikaze mission to clean up Epstein’s circle of friends. Even Maxwell didn’t spill the beans in a plea deal.
We all know the US is driven by the buck and no doubt her legal representatives, Flywheel, Shyster, and Flywheel, have advised her to take the money and run, they may well have decided that the offer was the best possible and advised her that they wouldn’t invest any further effort if she refused. Who knows? So I say good luck to her. If it was my daughter I’d advise her to do the same, one can only take so much.
She’s brought down an arrogant bastard and well done her. Now we all know he hasn’t two bob to rub together, so where’s the cash coming from?
Curious that this news came immediately after the admission that she was unable to produce the original of ‘that’ infamous photograph.
Perhaps the revelation (Reported in “The Times of Israel” etc) during Maxwell’s trail that she (Roberts) took her younger friend to join her at Epstein’s estate had some bearing on her decision to reach a financial agreement.
Oh yes she could have.
BBC saying it is unclear as to whether she gets any cash or if is only a “substantial donation” to her charity.
Lisa Bloom highly complimentary in PM interview on Virginia Giuffre‘s decision.
He called her bluff and she effectively caved in, he’ll always be guilty in most people’s eyes so in many ways she has justice.
You are joking Tim? Called her bluff? He’s ruined man, stuffed, ostracised and finished. No sweat, as he’d say himself. But where is he getting the cash, that’s what I want to know.
