I can read the Cyrillic letters enough to make out that in Novosibirsk it was between -37 and -41. Bit parky, eh?

My sister in law is Ukranian, we thought it was odd when she started hanging carpets around the walls of the baby's cot...now we know why! It must be so cold over there that they carpet the walls as well as the floors.
