I am looking in to the possibility of installing a solar panel system with battery storage.
We’re near Bergerac, Dordogne, does anyone know of an english speaking company I could contact about it.

Try EcoPower Europe (Google them), they installed ours and they’ve worked well for quite a few years now.

Hello, yes they are English speaking, it’s an English company though based in the Charente nad of course registered in France. I understand they travel widely in France to install systems. We found them very helpful. We have 12 photovoltaic (I think) panels which heat our hot water, so in the summer we rarely pay anything for heating the water, though we do have to boost it in the winter when there’s little sunshine.
However there are lots of different options, more than when we fitted our system some years ago, so it’s worth contacting them to find out what they can offer.
