A new UK series started last night on ITV with Stephen Fry. I thought it, and he, were delightful.
Gareth had previously posted links to the original French version and their episode on Macron. Sadly no longer available, so all I can find is a small (funny!) clip.
I think both French and Uk versions are great programmes.

He’s a natural, isn’t he? Though admitting to following little of French politics I will be sorry when his tenure comes to an end. 
I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that I briefly met Macron and, for the minute or so that he’s with you, he really gives you the impression that you’re the centre of his world. It’s really quite an amazing skill.

When I realised who was sitting in the chair I left my spot under the desk in great haste.

Bill Clinton was probably the most intelligent and astute President there has ever been but unfortunately one of the most flawed.
I liked Obama, but sadly he didn’t have enough control to action a lot of things I believe?
Possibly one of the less discreet? From the little I know of American presidents past, even Trump is only just an outlier.
