The perks of living in western France?

According to you, what are the perks of living in western France?

You’ll never feel that having bought that umbrella was a waste of money…

South west? North west? Mid west?

Both

Mid-West is not only half-way between Normandy and the Vascon shores, it’s also a mixed-area in terms of cultural heritage.

What’s your preferred West toryroo?

South West? The wonderful Atlantic coast beaches (some surfing, some sheltered) which run from the foothills of the Pyrenees to the mouth of the Gironde.

So vibrant seashores SuePJ that’s right!

Out of season, you can walk for miles, dog off the lead, almost deserted - just heaven.

Not just one umbrella… No. I’ve got rather a nice collection of umbrellas since living here! :open_umbrella:

It’s so damn wet here in the SW, that we will probably not have to worry about wild fires any time soon.
Locals are mega chilled.
Bonkers beautiful countryside.
