Good idea. Perhaps if everyone paid the correct amount of tax then the bill would be a bit lower for the rest of us. Probably wishful thinking I know, but then I pay my taxes correctly so why should others not do the same.

Having recently looked at the taxation and planning permissions involved, the problem with the AI (apart from the fact it will probably flag up my neighbour’s polytunnel as a pool) is that it can tell there’s a pool, but not if it’s temporary, or above ground… in which case there is no tax payable. So they will end up making a good number of enquiries before they hit the guy with the Olympic standard pool that wasn’t disclosed…
