I gain 100 times more than I miss. Being vegan is better for the planet, better for me and better for the animals. It’s about educating yourself to know what is really important. Once you understand and accept the real implications of continuing to eat meat, eggs and dairy, you realise it morally imperative to be vegan. Win win I’d say
