I’m particularly pleased I did it now as the plastic lever on the mains water filling valve disintegrated when I touched it. Luckily, I had a handle from another valve with the identical valve stem design which fits nicely apart from not engaging the little stop which isn’t the end of the world as I’m still able to mentally compute that “Open = 90° clockwise from Closed”.
