Ordered some shirts online and was unpleasantly surprised by the suggestion that I should support the team by leaving a tip.
Support the team for what exactly, I wonder.

I’ve never understood how taking a job that pays less than minimum wage and it somehow being the customer’s problem was a thing.

Ostensibly in Wantage, @Ancient_Mariner 's neck of the woods.
I imagine they commission manufacturers overseas. I’ll find out when the shirts arrive.
I’m pretty sure the only people who’d get a sniff of any tip would be the directors.

Wantage is about 50min drive away IIRC. Nice medium town, but I don’t know any tee shirt businesses there (I did once collect a cutting plotter from the Graphtec distributor who was based there).
