Bip and Go office in Rouen, you can go in and collect and with mine I got the first year free! Still have to pay the toll but doofer was free of charges, that should have been great but then covid happened so not able to travel

If heading there from Calais, your next challenge will be to get through the Rouen low emissions zone - do you have a CritâAir sticker on your car?
Once you get it, we have a wonderful thread on where to place it on your windscreen, incidentally⊠

You can get round/through Rouen avoiding tolls and crit air zone, takes you closer to Bip & Goâs office as well. Satnav may help with route.
