Top up insurance?

Can anyone recommend a reliable, easy to follow, Mutuelle health insurance cover? I am with April (recommended by Fabien) but have found them both uncommunicative, tardy (if they do respond at all) and they do not reimburse you for things they should or treatment I’ve been told they should). I have wasted so much time sending them receipts (their App is erratic - often not working at all) but I’ve had so little reimbursed, I may as well save the monthly payments towards anything I need.
If it’s something life threatening, then CPAM will pay for all of it anyway, so I’m thinking of ditching April as soon as I can. However, I should like to hear some positive stories, if any exist!

I have my Mutuelle through La Banque Postale and have done so for many years. Not the cheapest perhaps, but I have never had any problems at all. I pay the monthly fee, and they pay that which they are supposed to do without my having to do anything at all.

We have a mutuelle through @fabien with Swiss Life and have absolutely no problems at all. If we have any queries, Fabien answers them or gets an answer from Swiss Life promptly.
Have you raised your concerns with Fabien? part of his service model is to provide help and guidance and not to just dump clients after he has arranged an insurance of any description.
If this insurance is not performing well for you, I am sure Fabien will look at further options for you and explain fully the implications for your needs.

Thank you Robert & Graham for your suggestions. I have called Fabien’s office several times, but always get his assistant Marianne, who was helpful at the start but does not respond to my queries any more! I specifically asked if certain treatments were covered, before I took out the policy. Both Marianne and the specialist who treated me, reassured me that it would be topped up by April but they have done nothing to reimburse me (after 2 months) so I’m thinking of cancelling it all since it’s been such a waste of time hassling them.

I’ve tagged @fabien and his usual form is that he will respond directly in the topic or by PM to you.

Good afternoon @Tanya , I’m really sorry to hear that you feel let down. I’ll send you a PM to see what we can do to make things better and if you’re unhappy of April I’m more than happy to offer alternative providers. As the details can expose confidential information I’ll continue the discussion in the DM.
