I want to send 600 euros to my daughter in Aus asap. Any ideas as to the most expedient way without incurring a heap of costs please?
Thank you the money has been sent now but won't be doing it that way again. La Banque firstly transferred it into dollars US and then to Aud. Live and learn.

Nothing is free, so I guess you'd want to do this at minimum cost but maximum speed. Western Union & Paypal come to mind - the former if your daughter doesn't have a bank account, the latter if she does. Both you & she would have to sign up to Paypal, if you're not already members.
Thanks for that Andrew. Am attempting to transfer on line but haven't got all the info necessary . Will have it tomorrow when I'll have another go.
