Travel insurance through bank

And may well be out of date! We’ve never had Gold Cards as don’t need them, but our basic debit card has had many changes of the very small print over the years.

Salespeople are trained to sell, and are generally hugely credible. Until you realise they were flawed. A bit like con men (and women) who wouldn’t be successful without being incredibly charming and apparently as honest as the day is long. I want to be optimistic about people, but am now much more wary.

I heartily agree with the need to fully understand what is written and signing nothing unless one is fully satisfied that what one reads meets with one’s wishes/requirements.

Have you taken another look at the information document about your Card and the Travel Insurance it offers holders??? Sorry.. I’ve just seen your comment about “magnifying glass”

Of course, we now get notifications over the internet as and when changes occur. I look at them to see what, if anything, affects us… but don’t print it out and keep it. It’s a legal requirement that the client is notified and CA appear to be meeting all such legal requirements. :+1:
