Trump. All day long and twice on Sundays.
Yes, he’s blowhard crook, liar and serial sex pest; but putting Harris is the Oval Office is just sentencing the USA to a fourth term of Obama in charge with Harris replacing Biden as Puppet In Chief.

Another evidence free conspiracy theory ![]()
Almost certainly when Obama jokingly said he wouldn’t mind a third term if he could do it from his basement with a stand-in he was referring to the fact that he didn’t mind the actual work of being president but he did not like the public appearances etc.
There is zero evidence that Obama is somehow secretly running the show, yes he is politically active and has endorsed candidates but you’d expect that.
It’s just yet more shit that team Trump is trying to stir up.
I was guilty of sane washing too
Interpreting his rambling is a mistake, it should just be left to stand (wobble) on its own lack of merit.
Do you have a better idea?
When the moderators in the Trump Harris debate told Trump that his assertion that immigrants were eating Americans pets in Springfield was factually wrong, he came back with them being biased.
It says it all.
He cannot distinguish fact from fiction and, so it seems, neither can half of America.
Less than half, let us hope…
I agree with your sentiment but the trouble is that something way less than half will suffice quite nicely.
Americans don’t directly elect their President. Instead, they elect ‘Electors’ in each state who then form the Electoral College that actually elects the President. Although the US has 50 states (plus Washington DC), because each state elects a different number of ‘Electors’ based upon population, a candidate only has to win the 17 states with the most ‘Electors’ to become President.
In 2016, Hilary Clinton received 2,865,075 more votes than Donald Trump but still did not become President as many of the votes she received were just not in the right state.
So it is not just a matter of how many Americans vote for Trump, or for Harris, but also a matter of in which states those votes are cast, and that is exactly why you will find them both campaigning in Pennsylvania and Georgia, but not in Wyoming or North Dakota.
It really is rather surprising that the US is viewed as being a democracy when it is by no means unknown that the candidate with the fewer votes wins !
As some Americans I once knew proudly reminded me, America is a republic, not a democracy. They did not want the wrong sort of people being able to vote.
Bit like the UK’s own dear First Past The Post system for electing a Government… having the most votes gets an individual MP elected but we can still end up with a Government that a majority didn’t vote for.
(satire alert)
Seems as if another upstanding US citizen had a pop at Donald today, while he was golfing.
With 82 million licensed gun owners in the US, you’d think there’d be one that could hit a slow moving orange target the size of a barn door…
(conspiracy theory alert)
Wouldn’t be surprised if it was planned. Trump’s mad enough to be concerned that he might lose, so decides to raise his popularity again with another “attempted assassination”.
The most amazing part of this is people are asking why.
The US electoral college system was set up by the Founding Fathers to prevent the Brits from using underhand shenanigans to get a Royalist into the White House and drag the USA back into British control.
Especially as there appears to have been no risk whatsoever this time around.
He would probably do anything just to keep his name on the front page of the newspapers. The thing he fears most is being ignored.
I’m sure that Trump would be delighted to know that he is rubbing shoulders with the best. It was Oscar Wilde who said “There is only one thing in life worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.”
