Hi everyone,
We have been building a house (or having a new house built) in the Lot for the last 3 years or so and it is now coming to a completion. We are at that expensive stage with bathrooms, kitchen, heating etc going in and it is costing us a fortune! So far we have probably spent around 80K Euros in TVA.
Does anyone know if there is any mechanism for claiming back TVA on a new build in France?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
