UK Passport Holder/Irish Wife

Basic Question…sorry if it has been asked before.
I know that I must a apply within 90 days of travelling to France to apply for a CdS linked to my wife’s Irish Passport.
I am going through the ANSE website,
I am being asked to choose between:

  • Et je suis titulaire d’un titre de séjour / VLS-TS
  • Je suis titulaire uniquement d’un visa long séjour
  • Et je suis titulaire d’un numéro étranger sans titre de séjour

I have the first one (for 6months) from a couple of years ago but this has now expired. This was also before my wife got her Irish Passport.
Should I use that number or is that going to confuse things?
There doesn’t seem to be an option to start from scratch
