Just seen this on HUKD - a smallish but still useful UPS with French/Belgian sockets for about £45 on Amazon UK. Good to keep a router going, though won’t carry a bigger load for long.

Unfortunately 76.18 with delivery to France.
If someone is driving over, it is a very good offer.
Even then it’s a good deal if amazon.uk will send to France - at least compared with the same item on amazon.fr
I almost wonder of the amazon.uk price is an error and it should be £145
Actual battery capacity 98Wh, deliverable capacity typically half that.

You’d want to check how much power your router actually draws with an FT/WA call in progress before buying.
Certainly way less of a PITA than rolling the generator out of the shed and string an extension cable up 2 floors.
It was mildly tempting to me, especially after the power cut for a couple of days earlier this year, but I’m not sure we’d really use it
Ooh, thanks. I’ve bought one.
