Guys, I have a company here in France and am trying to register a new employee on the URSSAF TESE website (the godforsaken thing). I get as far as this screen, but cannot get any farther. It says “Your employee is obligatorily subject to a supplementary pension plan. Select the applicable regime.” But no dropdown is available and its impossible. I have clicked everywhere.

I have tried in Google Chrome

Safari

Firefox

and disabled ad blocker. Absolutely no luck, its so frustrating. If anyone has a solution please let me know.

Best solution probably to go to local France Services office! They helped us do a licenciement that was a nightmare on the website.

Also your local Chambre de Mètiers or Commerce who you are registered with can help and if I remember from the old days, they used to have an URSSAF conseilleur come every so often to help folks with their paperwork, certainly helped us.
