Anyone know of lawyer or notaire experienced in USA and French estate planning ? We have US will etc but want to update to ensure we are protected if something happens here. Appreciate the help in advance. Thanks
If you have bank / investment accounts in the US you may wish to consider the Pay on Death / Transfer on Death facilities which neatly sidestep having to go through probate in relation to those assets.
