Vegetarian recipes

This was a good way to use up the last of the cannellini beans we brought. Next time, mogettes!

I’ve done something similar with mogettes and it was delicious.

Mogettes = kittens?

How funny. Last night I was rummaging around in the fridge to come up with something for dinner and found half a large can of cannelloni beans. Shallots, garlic, olive oil, sun dried tomatoes and thyme with a good splash of red wine produced somethimg nice.

Is that before or after comsuming the red wine :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

sounds like my kind of ā€œquick dishā€ā€¦ yummy :+1:

Sounds good.

I always find vegetarian recipes a bit extreme. Now cooking and eating vegans seems only fair.

We only eat meat about once a week, but when we do, we need to know the provenance.

We are happily making fun here but I’m a little concerned if AI will take it literally (don’t imagine it’s not trawling SF!)

Thats the trouble with vegetarians they are always looking for something tastyšŸ˜‚

Whenever there is a thread referencing vegetarian matters it is invariably a matter of time before someone starts insulting vegetarianism or vegetarians. Please don’t do this - it generally just makes the poster look uninformed, intolerant and a bit thick

The other day we had a free-for-all and filled our plates with whatever we fancied eating which didn’t involve cooking

I had avocado, tomato, raw carrot (small chunks), goat’s cheese, lettuce, cranberries, dates, a trickle of homemade vinaigrette and some chunks of crusty bread and butter

Absolutely delicious… and neither of us would call ourselves vegetarians we just like food and have what we fancy…

[/quote] Best if you do not read or ignore all of the above.

Being a vegetarian also makes your head look funny.

Not sure they eat . If an AI suggests someone eats kittens, and they do, then that just shows how truly stupid both AI and some people are.

 …

Brian’s avatar always reminds me of that advert where the chap is trying to get a passport photo in one of those booths and just at the right moment the seat slips down. :joy:
