Visa validation - help please!

Not able to validate my visa - Récapitulatif and Paiement Étapes are not being generated.

Hi Everyone, I need some help and if you were in a similar situation would appreciate recommendations on how to deal with the it.

I started the online process to validate my D type visa but when I reach the Récapitulatif and Paiement, the pages are are not being generated, i.e. blank pages. I am not able to pay the tax and finalize the validation. One months is left (out of three) to validate the visa and I have started panicking. I send an email to dgef-support@interieur.gouv.fr but no solution so far.
Have you been in a similar situation? How should I go about it?
Any recommendation and advise would be much helpful.

Did you click on the “Besoin d’Aide?” button and/or the " Nous Contacter"

Yes, I clicked “Nous Contacter” and explained the situation. No feedback so far.

It is notoriously clunky. Turn off vpn and auto translation and try again. Preferably with a different browser.

Are you outside of France when trying to do this ? If so, I do know that some payment processors refuse to work unless they can detect that you are within France. This sort of thing has happened to me before, but not with a government site. Also, it would probably be very weird if you couldn’t pay for a visa from outside France, but you never know.
Edit: And, as @JaneJones suggests, if you are in France, but use a VPN set to the UK, then this would have the same effect.

Thanks @hairbear and @JaneJones. Tried with all these suggestions but unfortunately nothing works. Do not know what else I should do.

Is this using WiFi on a pc or a phone with a network signal.

@Griffin36 i use laptop with wifi.

Try switching the WiFi off and back on incase it is a blocked IP, are you in the UK or France.

Maybe you should try using a third-party like France Services…

@Stella what is “France Services” ?

It is deeply frustrating, but people generally get though eventually.

Have you cleared your cache?
Are you using the French version, not english which has known bugs
Is it the correct website. Étrangers en France

And if still failing then France Services as Stella says is a good idea, or local library computer or any other public facility.

Thanks @JaneJones, went to a public library today. Still, does not work.
The nearby France Service is in the Post Office. Will visit Monday.

I got a reply from them but without any useful solution.

I had this same issue, the only that worked was clicking the need help button and then the back button. Thank you so much for the tip, I was stressing so much!
