Bottom right of Ameli webpage find Plan du Site. Click then look at bottom of page look for Espace D’echanges. Click and you are there!

That got me excited, thinking that the messagerie option had been restored! But no, this just gets you to the stupid circular set of options and you have to keep clicking through the stupid bot to get anywhere other than asking a formulaic question.
