We never bought bottled water, except after the Grande Tempete of '99 when the mains were off for a month, till I started to drink it more regularly on medical recommendation and found that every time they did a repair somewhere it came out muddy brown for a while.
As far as yoghurt in bottles is concerned, our local maker travels a round trip of about 10 kms to the market every Sunday with his re-usable ones.
