Don’t think justices can, but I’d like to see Trump warned by a justice that for each and every future defamation made towards her he’d automatically be liable, without going to court, for another million dollars, or more, in damages. That would shut him up.

I saw Trump on the TV and I found it jaw-dropping that he CONTINUED to defame this woman even after he had been fined . . . . for defaming this woman.
Maybe shutting him up wouldn’t be such a good idea. Give him enough rope and he’ll hang himself, the way he’s going. He’s talking himself into prison all the time.

I’m not overly familiar with US laws and statutes, but I’m fairly sure that judges can’t do that.
I know… wishful thinking.
