Not.
The US is politically covering for Israel and I find it very hard to understand why.
This position could conceivably lose the presidential election for Biden, and the opposition candidate is unthinkable.
I wonder what Trump’s wife says to him about all this.
And I wonder what Biden’s wife has said to him about letting genocide by an ally of the US continue.
Perhaps that’s why I’m not married but I wouldn’t be keeping stumm.
Interesting thought. Wives come in all types.
True that in this age, and in our societies, the wife is generally not silent, if only in private. However, there is only so much power within this influence.
I expect Trump’s wife knows well where her bread is buttered, supports him in public and remains silent at home.
Biden’s wife is a completely different person. Educated and politically experienced. I expect she provides the president with counsel but it is a difficult position. Perhaps he confides in her what he truly wants to do but is confined by the job.
Justice Alito’s wife, on the other hand, is clearly uncontrollable and something of a liability.
This site is strange sometimes, I have just been directed to this thread, 10 months after the last post, simply because I hadn’t read the last 4.
