I am considering whether to apply to slightly change the façade to the front of our house. Basically we are looking to replace a door on the front of the house with a window.
We live on the outskirts of town and we have no historic sites within 500m.
Mention has been made of a Déclaration Préalable being needed … is this a prelude to then seeking planning approval?
No a DP may be all you need. Fill in form, attach photo, take to marie. That’s all. In some places can do all online.
