If anyone can please recall her name/brand, I would be very grateful! We are in Marseillan, and I had lost a bookmark and now cannot seem to find her website!

@Nora_Browns_Fate i have just gone through this process. I had a very helpful email from @fabien and the process was straightforward . (His team’s email didn’t mention needing to provide an e-photo, but apart from that it was spot-on.) I can post a copy if you like.
Fab also has hand-holders, if the process is still too daunting for you.
I’m sure I read somewhere that Joanna Lumley had “officially reached middle age” when she hit 60 ..
so I reckon you are definitely still a Spring Chicken

I think they usually use French, so you should take along an interpreter friend.
What CdS is he applying for, family member EU citizen, family member Article 50 (Brexit), family member French citizen?
