I am a hearing specialist based in Pézenas, near Béziers and Montpellier in the Hérault. I recently opened my practice and realize how difficult it can be to talk about medical problems in a foreign language.
Being of British origin and a fluent English speaker I can assist those patients who would prefer to conduct their appointments in English; from giving advice and explanations of the services and hearing solutions proposed. I can also help with the administrative processes of the French reimbursement system.
It would be a pleasure to use this forum to help, and for people to share their experience with hearing professionals in England or in France, and hopefully my expertise can help you better understand how things work and how to know who to trust when meeting a hearing aid professional.

I’ve lived in France since I was 8 years old when my parents decided to move to the south of France, but I like to try and get back to the UK every now and then.
I love the countryside and discovering new places and hobbies !
