A little mid-week humour to lighten the mood

Or in the bicycle shed, perhaps.

This one might be slightly obtuse…

During our walk near St Cere.

I recently spent €6,500 on a Limousin bull. I put him out with the herd but he just ate grass and wouldn’t even look at a cow. I was beginning to think I had paid more for than he was worth. I had the vet come and take a look at him but he said the bull was very healthy, though perhaps a little young.
He gave me some pills to feed him, one per day. Within days the bull started to service the cows. Every single cow. He then broke through the fence and bred with some of my neighbour’s cows! He’s like a machine! I don’t know what was in the pills the vet gave him, but they taste of peppermint.

They call it “Imposter syndrome” can’t think why :joy:

“we don’t teach.”

To be fair to my old Firm, they did teach it and teach it well. Not sure that happens anywhere anymore. Is management still considered a skill?

There used to circulate (a very unfair) cliché, that those who can do, while those who can’t ‘do’ teach, and those who can’t teach become government inspectors of education…

Pity not written by a genuine Yorkshire person who would have put the apostrophe after the ‘T’!
