To me, it looked pretty professional, though my level of French is not very high 
Some of the usual signs were there, though: no name, Romanian sender (contact arobase radiounumanele.ro) and sent to a different email address to the one I use for Ameli.
Just thought I’d mention it.
Considering to update your details you only need to go the pharmacy to do it properly and that would tell you if they need more info and replacing cards is not common unless its lost which YOU do the replacing yourself. There are lots of warnings from CPAM/Ameli about scam emails.

We can’t get into Ameli at the moment which is a real nuisance.
That’s a classic scam and Ameli/FrGov has been warning about this over and over again.
Sadly, any of us can get hoodwinked and/or press the button without properly reading/understanding what’s what… aaaargh.

I think I have been scamed what do we do if that is the case
Contact the local CPAM office and if possible go in person which is always best and even the gendarmerie as they keep abreast of email scams too!

Got a text “ASSURANCE MALADIE : pour votre accompagnement santé un conseiller prévention a tenté de vous joindre et vous recontactera prochainement.” Had it a few months ago too, around the time I started getti g scam calls from all over France I’ e never had before.
Also a number that looked like it might be trying to look like a CPAM number called me. Of course these sms and phone id’s can be faked.
This just feels like a scam with some salesman trying to call me. I have never given permission to CPAM, quite deliberately, to contact me other than by email. There are options to select communication methods you accept on ameli website and I have always deliberately selected to receive only emails no.sms or calls.
What do you guys think? Anyone had this before?
My wife had exactly the same today and I don’t know the answer.
If I get time I will call ameli tomorrow. They do display and send out emails with scam warnings. It seems data might be hacked out of ameli perhaps sold by employees.
At a minimum, if this is anything to do with ameli, of wbich I am still in great doubt, I’ll be lodging a formal complaint if it’s them. It would be totally unprofessional of them if they are involved. I’ve also made a point of not signing up to their new espace shared data, so they won’t have that excuse available.
If they’ve got anything to say to me they’ve been told they can do it by email and if it’s that sensitive they can send me an email asking me to call them.
I’ll be interested to know what they say, Karen. OH had something that sounded similar not that long ago but sadly he’s deleted it so I can’t check.
I had the same last week,a text and a phone call supposedly from Assurance Maladie just after i had been in my online ameli account.I didn,t reply to either as i assumed that it was not like them to be helpful and provide a conseiller to help solve a problem that they have created,obviously their online security is as good as their customer service.
Anything like this type of message regarding professionals in the medical sector etc to contact you for rdv’s etc normally appear in your own personal messages on the Ameli.fr site, they don’t ring unless its very important and then if no answer, they leave a message so you can choose to contact them but again they will write to you as well. I answer nothing these days apart from if the caller is someone I know, same for SMS. Funny thing after being bombarded by cold calls for the past few months, several times a day, it has stopped. Wonder if this is the thing whereby if you don’t respond after several times of trying, the computer that generates these calls cancels your number, hope so.

A couple of months ago I got call from a 4 digit number didn’t answer it & it left a message, the message was very broken with a lot of back ground noise I couldn’t understand a thing. A week later the same 4 digit number called I answered it was someone from Ameli asking if I’d be interested in a poop test for testing for colon cancer as they’ve been sending them over the years and I’ve never sent one back. They checked a few personal details & a poop test came though the post a week or so later.
