facebook not working, not sure why.
All of FB or Kim’s page? It’s working for me but there aren’t likely to be any posts until tomorrow as the ladies take weekends off.
Thank you all for your replies. This procedure makes me very nervous. Starting it now.
No it doesn’t but you need to get your application in as soon as you can.
If you are on FB join this group where you’ll find a dedicated guide for your prefecture.
Didn’t you join my group?
You’re working overtime, Kim. ![]()
47 isn’t one of the difficult ones, you’ll be fine.
yes but I am not lucky with facebook. I know I joined the driving licence group, not sure about brexit.
Doing the Lot application now, unfortunately French admin stresses me to h*ll and gone
You should join the Article 50 one, everything you need to make your application is there.
I don’t enjoy that either so I know what you mean.
OH used the Démarche Numerique site and it wasn’t too bad, take your time. Kim will correct me if I’m wrong, I think you can save what you’ve input so far and go back to it a bit later.
Worse than that for me, sadly. But have to get onto it despite the heat. Thanks everyone for getting me started.
You’re doing the right thing. Please let us know how you get on or come back for a rant. ![]()
I’m 46 but with a bit of luck the same will apply.
Driving licence though, wiĺl turn out a bit more complicated.
Right now though the priority is to get my 10-year request in.
I thought someone said Lot et Garonne. Yes similar but different link, there is a dedicated DN link depending on your prefecture.
Also 46 is 2 months before expiry.
Why is driving licence more complicated? You need to submit 12 months before expiry of your card to ensure that you get your French one before the UK one expires.
Ahem.
Right now, assembling the documents for 10-year Brexit application.
The 10 year renewal is MUCH easier, no? I think that’s what I read and certainly hope so. I think I’m getting too old to jump through the hoops of bureaucracy.
Edit: ah, first 10 year card. I’m thinking of the renewal, whenever it’s due.
How did you get on yesterday, Karen?
