Helpful Pig sitting on my work
As you see he has been fighting, very bad.
He has lost quite a bit of weight ![]()
Funnily enough our ginger has a badly scratched ear and nose as well, always on the face of a battle the idiot.
Yes!! Haven’t I boasted about it? He’s lost almost 2½ kilos! Super skinny racing snake Pig ![]()
Ginger is at an age and size that he thinks he can challenge his dad for male dominance.
He hissed at Monty the other day, at which point Monty looked at him with total distain, whacked him in the head and chased him 1/2 way up the drive, cue a very demure ginger later on ![]()
When they ran passed me ginger had an OTF look on his face ![]()
The difference in size between brother and sister.
They have the same mother but different fathers, Ginger was born from the first litter, Betsy 48 hours later and had to be hand fed as she was the runt of the litter.
Our Tigra is very camera shy - dashes in, gobbles his kibbles and is straight back out again. Spends his days hunting in the cliff behind our house - then he catches something, usually nocturnal - and usually a shrew - brings it into our bedroom, then lets it go under the bed so that he can play very noisy catching games out of reach of censure. Meanwhile miniature poodle spectator barks loudly and no one gets any sleep. but we get by…
Despite all the above, we love our Tigra dearly, but have had to cancel his last four vet appointments because all attempts to catch him have failed.
We don’t have that problem, 7 cats on the two couches and a dog, they love the log burner at this time of a year, If you want a seat, you move a cat ![]()
![]()
The two that are totally inseparable, they are around 5 years old and the youngest of the original 5 feral cats that came with the farm, Monty and Chell.
Chell is the sweetest, gentlest cat I think I have ever come across ![]()

I totally forget about Ernie, Erica’s brother ![]()
it was meant to be Eric & Ernie, but Ernie turned out to be a female hence Erica, I looking back and realised there should have been 4 not 3.
So last but not least is Ernie, he is the most vocal and talks all the time, you always hear him before you see him ![]()

Well done!
I’m fortunate: the only time our cat wants to escape me is every three months, when it’s pill time, as it was this morning (it takes me a while to psych myself up).
Which of course offers an ideal opportunity to post this … ![]()
