The sun actually tried to penetrate through my windows on Christmas morning, I looked at mum, she looked at me and we both said ‘zout’ or something similar !
I have made (under my breath) a New Year’s resolution to make window cleaning my next priority, maybe !

You are absolutely right Ann - I love my woodburner - it’s enormous, heats the water and drives 12 radiators as well as heating the living room directly - BUT heating entirely with wood is a lifestyle choice, not just a heat source choice, and more dust in the house is definitely a factor to consider.
