Thanks Catherine My system restore points have gone,i want to create a restore date. When i try this ,i get a message telling me My HP recovery disc(D) is full error 0x800700700. i looked i properties and it is full.I believe that is the problem,but am not computer literate,apart from that everything seem`s to work.but at some point i may need to use system restore.
