My grandson was conceived in 2020!
Except how do you know that this wouldn’t have happened anyway?
Comments like this always remind me of the witch trials. Sinking to the bottom indicted the accused was innocent, so they drowned. Presuming causal relations is a dangerous approach.
I have definitely researched thyroid matters. It is why I consulted an endocrinologist rather than acting on the advice of my doctor without exploring the issue further. It seems that my thyroid is underperforming. An echograph indicated that though physically small there are no nodules or otherwise unwanted activity. I do not seem to have any of the classic symptoms, the two most common seemingly to be fatigue and weight gain. However with acceptable Ts4 levels but elevated TSH3 there is obviously a problem.
I imagine after todays appointment I shall no doubt be on levothyroxine which does not thrill me but I shall follow the advice given.
As bouts of breathlessness, sneezing and tinnitus are never mentioned as one of the numerous side effects of an underperforming thyroid I still tend to believe that the covid jab may well have been to blame. In fact documented research indicates that the covid vaccine can affect thyroid performance so personally I think it messed me up.
I shall of course not be taking any more covid vaccines.
Well let’s hope that a more dangerous new variant doesn’t emerge then. And if it does that you are not among the many, many millions that may well die, like in the first epidemic. Vaccines save lives.
Yes fingers crossed but I trust you respect other people’s opinions rather than demeaning them.
Generally yes I do. Loosing people to Covid does influence my level of respect tho’.
I agree with Jane, I’m afraid. I’m sorry that you have the new symptoms but you haven’t said anything that links the Covid jab to them.
If you were a friend of mine and I knew that you’ve refused the jab, I would be avoiding social contact with you in case you passed Covid to me. Even when vaccinated, I don’t want to risk catching it.
Looking online, maybe it’s an ENT man you need? A blocked eustachian tube can cause all me symptoms you have.
The covid jab did not prevent you catching it or passing it on, as admitted by the manufacturers. It may lessen your symptoms.
But it did reduce the likelihood of passing it on, and also the severity of disease.
I have these symptoms too, but mine began in 2009 when I started my own business. Do you think there could be a link. ![]()
Did it? I caught it from relatives fully vaccinated, like many on here they take all vaccines offered.
Not unless you suffer the occasional mild bouts of breathlessness as well.
I had the covid jab a couple of months ago and the flu a week or so ago. I will take anything recommended. As far as connections are concerned, I had a heart attack back in May and had a couple of stents inserted as a result but ever since I have largely lost my sense of taste and thus my appetite. As a result of that I have been losing interest in food, eating less and thus have lost 12 kgs in weight since that time. But I am very glad that they did what they did, otherwise I wouldn’t be here at all. And I will take all advice given when offered.
Occasionally, yes I do.
Me too, can be alarming as not disimilar to another heart attack. Same with stomach pains, given that I first mis self diagnosed my heart attack as trapped wind….for 4 days. ![]()
I also occasionally get severe pain down my left (and less often, right) arm that could easily be interpreted as angina or the onset of a heart attack. I’m reasonably convinced this is actually a trapped nerve, not least because my heart has been checked on many occasions and is fine.
If you have a spinal problem causing pain, that can show up as pain or tingling in arms as well.
Well that’s it then…solved.![]()
Which is sad but something that hopefully may return. In the bigger scheme of things your lack of appetite means your body will most likely go into ketosis which can help repair things.
