You shouldn’t “dump it in the wild” you can compost it or use it for mulch but if it doesn’t go to a designated place you should keep it.
That is possibly the worst thing you have written! What an appalling thing to do. Garden waste stuffed with bindweed, seeds from ornamental plants and so on can wreck the balance of a forest floor. I know Cat has asked us to try not to get snippy - but really!
