Have you tried intermittent fasting, its very healthy, lots more than the sugary snacks that will just make you hungry again an hour or two after consumption.
not everyone is allowed to “fast”… even intermittently
I’m certainly not… and when travelling I pack nuts, fruit and whatever good stuff I choose to take with us. OH would be delighted if I packed sugary snacks… but he has to suffer my choices
