Exactly, it’s Sunday after all
no - like to dip the toast into the egg yolk
you fry the egg, turn it over and then turn over again on your plate.
that way its fried on both sides. Over easy - the egg yolk is still runny
over medium - the egg yolk is creamy, over hard - the egg yolk is fully cooked.
My first drink of the day is a glass of warm water with the juice of half a lemon.
it sharpens her tongue
my first drink is a large glass if water followed by a white coffee no sugar.
Depends on the size of the cup! No, classic short espresso, all come from espresso machines, at home, at work (I sell them too) and the bar opposite when it’s open/I deliver the paper.
I just ask for « un café svp » - saves all the faff dunnit
demi-tass is for wimps (or Parisians)
Quite, demi-tasse is à ristretto anyway, just used espresso as i presume (wrongly perhaps) that most here drink longer uk style coffee, perhaps with Milk too… ?
First thing : a nice cup of ceylon tea with a dash of milk.
Then, with breakfast, a hot cappuccino.
Ugh… no way. I like my coffee to taste like coffee, look like coffee and be like coffee. no sugar (but I can still sit and stir it all day like a Parisian, people watching) nice bit of 70% cacao chocolat doesn’t go amiss either
agree on all counts, especially the dark chocolate
Pfff c’est pas un café ça
In the same league just as much that Cadbury’s Dairy Milk is not chocolat
on est tout à fait d’accord, ça c’est de “l’acqua sporca” come si dice in italia
Adoro un caffè al latte
1 bowl of Frosties or 3 wheatabix with ice cold milk followed by 1 pint of milk first thing about 6am.
Builders’ tea followed by 2 slices of toast with either marmite or bovril.
Davero, a me, non mi piace per niente, preferisco un buon cappuccino
