One spouse has EU passport: does this have any advantages for British passport holding spouse?

Having an EU passport, I can stay in the EU without problems. My husband has a British passport. Does my having an EU passport confer any advantages for him? That is, will he be able to stay in France without issues because he is married to me (with EU passport)?

Just grasping at straws really. It would be nice if he could stay longer than for 6 month periods (followed by 6 months out of the EU) which seems to be only what he will be able to do legally from January 2011…

Have you checked out the flowchart for Brexit Without Agreement…
which offers a worst scenario…

I think your husband’s situation is mentioned there…

As the spouse of an EU passport holder he will be entitled to a permanent residency Carte de Sejour. Also, as your spouse, he will have all the movement rights that you have, and thus you will both be able to relocate together to any EU country of your choosing. The rights that he has as your spouse will also continue in the event that you predecease him.
So yes, he will benefit from you being an EU passport holder.
