A handy travel tracker from Caxton

and this is the infor from France24 linked to the one posted by @Stella

Slight easing…

Interesting reading… (Sud Ouest is offline again…)

https://www.ouest-france.fr/sante/vaccin/vaccin-voici-la-liste-des-contre-indications-permettant-de-ne-pas-presenter-le-passe-sanitaire-8a7191da-f825-11eb-bc54-143726bab064

from the link…
"To prevent people affected by a contraindication from having to present a negative test each time the health pass is required to be presented, a doctor can issue them with a certificate of medical contraindication, (as the tests will become chargeable this autumn).

This document can be presented in all places requiring a health pass."

Interesting to note that the Pass is required in all places, where previously there had been a starting point of 50 people…

I was surprised to see that for now it’s only meant to be in place until the end of September.

In general it is in place until 30 november… but doesn’t become obligatory for 12-17 year olds until 30 September…
kids under 12 are exempt.

I reckon they’re doing it gently to see how it works and if it makes a difference.

What concerns me is not the pass, but the access to the data by anyone with a reader.
It is bad enough having some tinpot security man following you around a shop without some child with a reader taking your details on their phone.

Apart from bars and restaurants which were previously only 50+ what else has now had the 50 limits removed?

They’ll only see your name and date of birth… and Red or Green depending on whether your Pass is “good to go” or “stop”… (traffic lights)

Anywhere that the 50 figure was previously applied… for example…

I think you can add allegedly to that :grinning::smiley:

@Flocreen
If you doubt the veracity of the information… why not ask your questions on the link provided…

The code only gives the briefest of information, which is why those with a paper Pass Sanitaire are advised to fold it carefully, to hide the rest of their personal information.

Actually, Flocreen has set me thinking…

I know that there are cases/covers to shield our Bank/credit cards… from cloners…

I’m wondering if there will be something similar to shield the paper copy Pass Sanitaire from being cloned…

Presumably, those with mobile phones have a method to secure whatever information is kept therein ???

and I see that stiff penalties will be inflicted on naughty folk…

If caught, the data will be hoovered up by the likes of google facebook the governmentand any other data collecting app in your phone

As far as I understand it… nothing is retained on the phone when it reads a QR code using the TousAntiCovidVerif app.

I don’t see how that could work other than making the whole exercise very expensive, using similar techniques to prevent “cloning” of bank notes - embedded silver strips, raised lettering, security numbers etc
The threat of heavy sanctions if found in possession of or production of fake documents will have to be enough basically.
A faraday cage (shielding bank cards etc) will not work with a paper document.

Frankly, I’m not worried… but obviously @Flocreen has reservations… so it got me thinking…
