Help Please with Letter of complaint to CEO of Orange

I’d be most grateful please for some fine-tuning of the following. As mentioned elsewhere, I am trying to get Orange to refund our abonnement following over a month without the internet and am writing to the CEO. I wrote this in English first and then dropped it into Google translate because my French is not good enough to write something like this from scratch, so I realise some of the French construction will not be ideal. That I can live with, but I’m more concerned about actual errors, for example if my language is too informal. Many thanks for any thoughts on how I might improve this.
