That sounds excellent but I am more than a bit worried about the methane being exhaled by their sacred cows and the caste system, although supposefly in decline, still causes certain people to lead diminished lives.

I make Grantham Gingerbreads… which are crispy and hollow… neighbours fall about laughing as the biscuits collapse when they take a bite and crumbs go everywhere…
(this guy uses a machine… but I use a large bowl and a wooden spoon)
They look yummy. A bit like the consistency of Amaretti biscuits, which I also love.
What’s your recipe for Ginger Biscuits…??? Is it easy…as I love cooking, but am quite lazy with it…
