I think the loathing of Trump away from his base will outweigh concerns over Biden’s increasing senility so he’ll get in again but that hardly helps the country move forward.

Hard to tell, polling is neck and neck at, give-or-take 43% for each camp and 14% “don’t know”. But there’s a long way to go yet.
Maybe Bidens seemingly lack of mental agility is caused by his stutter?
Could be he is trying to find an easier to pronounce word, it has been going on for years. Even in his 50s and 60s he was known for ‘gaffes’ when giving speeches

I believe that he has used this explanation - and I suspect that his relatively expressionless face might have something to do with botox rather than degenerative neural disease.
However he’s now 80, he will be 86 in Jan 2029 which is when his term will end if elected next year and there has been and is ongoing speculation about his mental state - justified or not it is an easy target for the Republicans.
