Lucky you! ![]()
Raining here in the Morvan, no need to water the garden tonight ![]()
Where’s the “I don’t like you” sign when you want it! ![]()
We had 2.4mm (measured on our Bresser weather station) of rain at around 6am this morning. Thunder and also lightning. Now the sun is out. We also won’t have to water our garden tonight. And we measured our well water level. It’s the same level today (even after 4 days of watering) as it was before the rain.
See my comment to Wozza!
And I thought you loved me ![]()
Huh! ![]()

We got a bit of rain today in 71.
Wasn’t exactly a deluge here in 89 either ![]()
Still not a single drop here in Normandy; we console ourselves by looking at the thermometer, which doesn’t go above 24° ![]()
Ours is still 24.5 outside. Yuk
Still over 26 here ![]()

Two minutes worth here in Saint Reatham.
I was just about to report that we had been teased by a couple of minutes worth in South London.
if you are in St Reatham we are neighbour s. Ferry from Newhaven tomorrow. I’m dreading what the French garden will look like when we arrive.
Well…you won’t need to mow the grass, sorry the dust bowl.
Absolutely nothing in the Surrey département of Sud-Angleterre, despite some tantalisingly grey clouds…
Dark/light grey sky all over and tantalising thunder, nothing more, except it’s cool here (Dep 17) - for the moment…
Overcast grey here in 66 but can’t open the windows because it’s still so very hot outside like someone with a blowtorch aiming at the house. All this heat and my weeds are horrendous, not even dying this summer and some I have never seen before too
