You can’t, photocards are issued in birth name only. Your CdS should be in both so that ties them together.
You have an old rose paper licence, it’s unlikely your new photocard will be issued in both. They trialled both names on photocards for a short period but it got too complicated so it went back to naissance.
There are a few with both and a few issued in married name by mistake but the official issue is birth name only.

I know my French is limited but understanding ANTs is a nightmare.
Applied November - additional bits requested June. Just received an e mail saying they need additional documents
Go to ANTs - I assume because there’s a thing valid for 4 months with my mugshot and directions to copy my licence before sending it to them I must have succeeded. The fact there’s no instructions or actual address to send it to just adds to the joy
Nothing like a we have completed our stuff - send your old licence to this address and we’ll send you a new one.
So 8 months - I’ll post it this weekend and see how much of the 4 months it takes
I’m not sure what you’re trying to say. Have you been asked to send in your licence, if yes, then your application in process will be being asked to completer.
You click that and it takes you to the section where you download the letter, with the address !! to send your licence and your attestation to drive with whilst waiting for your licence. The 4 months is from the date they advised you to send in your licence.
If you haven’t been asked to send in your licence and to only update your documents then there’s still a wait for your licence to be submitted.
Worked out what’s going on. The “letter” to return download link kicks me out to a Session Inactive page - then I have to log in and begin again - whereupon it kicks me out.
I’ll try again tomorrow - the other link works and downloads without issue
