The official covid enquiry today had/has two people in the bojo government giving their testimonies Tomorrow its the devil incarnate Cmm**s himself Can’t see him holding back, should be interesting and live on Sky news.
Well talk about back stabbing and rats leaving a sinking ship. The truth about bojo’s shameful covid handling is coming to light. I think there will be court cases galore when its fully revealed in 2026 about this sordid business handled by nothing more than monkeys.
He will be untouchable after this.
LOL just seen an interview on Youtube with a lady in Uxbridge and she called him a filthy piece of toerag.
You do not rate monkeys very highly then…
That’s doing monkeys a disservice
FFS what would have been the “right crisis” - running out of mixers in the N° 10 drinks cupboard??
Have you noticed these lesser underlings are using words most of us have never used or even heard of before to flummox the enquirers. “Effemeral” - what the eff does that mean as kept being quoted by the Reynolds bloke? Next time I go to Lidl I will ask for an effemeral item.
Be careful! You might ask the only part time English Literature student shelf stacker, who could reply “…most of our products here, Madame, are ephemeral…”
The people of Britain got just what they asked for. An incompetent government run by people who were of dubious moral backgrounds. The Tories were elected to deliver Brexit. This was a shambles ending up with a deal that gave the British people the worst of all worlds. It is hard not to suspect that those who had their hands on the levers of power were at best fanatics and at worst traitors in the pocket of foreign powers. In my opinion Bojo saw himself as the new Duke of Wellington leading his people on the paths of glory. No wonder the handling of Covid was a fiasco. Such is the price of living in a so called democracy.
Ephemeral - "fleeting, lasting a very short time, “not substantive”. Though the latter is a somewhat personal usage of mine and might not be totally correct.
Probably another Falklands war, where he could be painted heroically battling the Argies on Goose Green while trying to look Churchillian. Until they got their ‘asses handed to them’ and sent home.
If you think our forces have been run down, the Argentine forces are 10x worse, no real navy or air force now, no aircraft carrier and this was one of their frigates that was in port.
I think he sees himself in more of a Churchillian light. Which perhaps is strangely apposite, because he’s done more damage to Britain than anybody since Hitler.
Your life in his hands… FFS We all know there’s nothing but bottom of the barrel dross in the Cabinet today, and that their predecessors were not any better - but I didn’t realise just how bad they were. The Inquiry is very illuminating.
I reckon if this enquiry was being held here in France, some people would be doing some serious jail-time for their negligence and bad behaviour. This lot will get away with it all and reap those benefits they set out to obtain from fraudulent PPE companies they set up or were part of.
I dont think so and suspect any other government in power would have done the same and we would be facing the same horrid enquiry now.
It was a national disaster which no government had faced since after the last war. They all did their best right or wrong in every country. Hope we learn the lessons with hindsight and this does not become a poltical slanging match. Shame on those who wish that and do not seek a better way forward without left or right coming into it
If you read the reports of the Covid enquiry, it seems that the Westminster government of the day was almost entirely unqualified to cope with it.
The probable result? Thousands of unnecessary deaths, and many friends of the government financially enriched by the many fraudulent ppe contracts handed out
