Everything, as usual  flatbread looks good, with what will you have it?

Oatmeal raisin (cookies) biscuits… My husband says they are rather ‘morish’. I’m chuffed he likes them so well. :cookie:

This evening we had 7 hour leg of lamb with beldi lemons ras-el-hanout and vast amounts of garlic, along with roasted sweet potatoes parsnips and carrots and some bulghur done the usual way to soak it up.
Last night was virucide pork (lots of garlic ginger chillies tamari and five spice powder) with rice.

Edited because I forgot five in front of spice

Hello everyone, I love to cook when I have the time and especially like to try new French recipes. I’ve found this account on youtube and this is today’s offering. Looks delicious.

I have to be restrained with my use of spice because Jim does not like too much.
It all sounds wonderful.

That looks yummy and so easy, might have to give it a go.

Can’t claim this one, it was my wife this morning, but absolutely superb.

Happy Easter

I have just made a Tarte Citron. I use Paul Bocuse’s recipe.
It is to follow the most simple salad.
One tine of tuna, one tin of red kidney beans, slices of red onion and parsley.
You can eat this without a dressing or put on one of your own choice.
