Did you apply twice or only by using DS.
How did they notify you of the first rdv.
It’s likely to be the DS date but you need clarification just in case it’s the first one.
Looking at the DS site the only contact details they share on there are these:

No, I did apply only the first time on DS when I submitted my application on 21th of October 2025 after 3weeks the send me the first rendez-vous for the 25th of November 2025 as I mention on my previous message and the 2nd rendezvous I received today it will be for the 19th of December 2025. That’s why I’m confused

I’m sure Kim knows best but if it were me I’d turn up for the appointment on Nov 25 and ask them about the December date while I was there.

He is one of the first to go through this process with 75, so it’s really groping around in the dark, which is why I said check.
I don’t know what the entry process is for 75 whether you are on a list and will need confirmation to show when you arrive to get in.
So depending on how far @Bilmec2006 lives from the prefecture, I don’t disagree with turning up just in case on 25 Nov.

Hello Everyone, Has anyone here applied for a renewal in 67 (Strasbourg, Bas-Rhin). My form in https://demarche.numerique.gouv.fr/ says I can apply between 4 and 2 months. My card is about less than 3 months away from expiration but the field for the card expiry gives this error ‘Date de fin de validité de votre titre doit être une date comprise entre le 06 septembre 2024 et le 06 février 2026’. Does anyone else get this ? Thanks in advance for any help. Best Regards

Hello Kim, Appreciate your quick reply. No? my card expires after feb 6 (end of feb) but I have been getting this error since more than a month. I understand that most prefs are accepting applications 2 months before expiry. But my pref says between 2 and 4 months. So Im not sure if its an error on the page or I just have to wait and keep checking until it allows my date. So it would help if someone applying to 67 could clarify this. Many Thanks
If you’re getting the error then it seems they are only accepting applications within that date range.
At the bottom of the first DS page there is an email address, you could try asking.
yes have already sent them an email twice. no response. I even tried them on the phone and they said I need to write an email which I did and got no response. funny thing with that error, the date range has not changed since I first tried, nearly 2 months ago.

For info : to anyone else who will apply in Bas-Rhin. I went to the prefecture today and explained my issue. The form was not accepting a date of expiry after february 06, 2026. They discovered a bug and now have fixed it on their system .

I’m sure there will be other occasions to go there.
And there’s a very nice cocktail bar 2 minutes away if it all gets too much. Chère Amie. I imagine that Prefecture has driven a lot of people to drink this year.
