Oh for god sake now May can’t even decide what kind of extension she wants, looks like it’s now a short extension, by look of it because a number of the Cabinet Brexiteers threatened to resign if she went for a longer one, once again putting party and staying in power before the needs of the country I’m getting ever increasingly f**king angry 
by these political games. I wish someone within our political system would just grow a set of bollocks and just push the nuclear button on this stalemate crap 
and just chose a way forward I don’t care what option anymore just bloody chose AN option and go with it!!!

It’s not just about growing a pair though
It’s about taking the blinkers off and seeing the harm that Brexit is doing, and will continue to do.
It’s about realising that you will never please the ERG because they want the impossible - they want to stop paying gym membership but continue to use the fitness suite and the pool, they want a divorce where the settlement includes being able to pop round for a shag when they want. No Brexit will satisfy them - not even “No deal”. It will be awful but someone else’s fault because “we’d have got the deal if only you’d negotiated harder”.
It’s about realising that banging on about “honouring the referendum” and “the Will of the People” is offensive to 48% of us considering the narrowness of the vote and the illegality of the Leave campaign.
Frankly I’m at the point where I almost want the EU to say “No, fuck off”.

Let’s see what May has to say come 8pm, she is making a statement to the Nation to explain her decision to go for a short extension. Tusks statement this afternoon basically heaping the pressure on with extension decision dependent on positive vote on the deal. Francois says ERG say they won’t vote for the deal under any circumstances. Rumour mill rife that she may announce that she will stand down as PM after the vote next regardless of result in order to allow a new way forward. Is this final the end of the road for May… let’s see!!!
Now can’t believe Corbyn walked out of tonight’s meeting with May when he arrived and found Soubry and Chuka Umuna we’re invited. Can’t believe at such a critical time for our country he has acted in such a childish way, pathetic. Where the fuck is Guy Fawkes when you need him! Country is in complete meltdown may clearly now is just trying to save her party nothing else! I have been a Conservative voter all my life never again. Independent or Green from now on for me.
So now it’s all out planning for me for my move to France

Have just read that the meeting consisted of May restating her case for her deal and not entertaining any alternatives. Chuka Umunna found Corbyn rather juvenile.

Me to, but who knows maybe she’s had enough to! she met with ERG about an hour ago so they would of told her they won’t vote for her deal so maybe she will make a statement on her future. It’s a mess for sure Corbyn is pathic at such a critical time!
I can’t see her saying anything that would make me sit up - examples would include
I resign
I will revoke A50
I will hold a referendum.
Although if she includes the words “strong” or “stable” I might scream.

Clearly there is a lot going in the background having worked in No10 it’s unusual for them to be this delayed when it’s being broadcast live, things are very fluid in the background I’d say. She’s nearly 15 minutes late now in making that statement, let’s see fingers crossed it is not the same crap!
